Who runs this
DesignLevel Assessment is operated by Subsign Studios SRL, registered in Romania. Contact: vlad@derdeicea.com.
What we collect
- Your email address, if you choose to submit it
- Your assessment results: radar scores, level match, and management orientation
- Your context answers (work setup, current title, mentorship status, management interest, in-house interest)
- Anonymous usage data via Google Analytics 4. IP addresses are not logged.
Why we collect it
- To show you your assessment results
- To send you relevant career content, if you opt in by submitting your email
- To improve the assessment based on aggregate patterns across all responses
We do not sell your data. We do not run ads. We do not share individual results with anyone.
